Our Team

Cristobal was raised with a love of building.  As a child he helped his father mend fences and build furniture at the family shop.  As a young man, he came to the U.S. and honed his construction skills in roles that included concrete labor, powerline infrastructure and power substations.  Based in the Memphis area since 2000, his skills and talents have expanded.  In 2015 he started National Construction Facility Solutions, Inc., a nationwide provider of construction services for companies large and small, that trust Cris with their construction needs. 

Cristobal serves as company President and the Chief of Construction, managing his traveling teams and nationwide network of business partners.  Cris now lives in Arlington, TN, near the headquarters of National Construction and has two daughters that are his pride and joy.

After 25 years in insurance and finance, Chris had enough of corporate life.  In a complete career shift, he moved to the private sector working with Cris Perez and National Construction.  Together, they are rejuvenating the company with an emphasis on growth, relationships and high quality work.   Chris's deep background in relationship management,  construction project management, communication and logistics has integrated nicely in the National Construction organization, enhancing the customer experience. Chris lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, daughter and dogs Coco and Yoshi.
